What it does

We set up an automated assistant on a dedicated WhatsApp number for your guest house. When a guest messages, the assistant replies in seconds with accurate answers about your place: room rates, availability, check-in and check-out times, parking, directions, breakfast, and your pet and smoking policies. It answers in English and Afrikaans. When a guest needs something the assistant can't answer, it hands the conversation over to you.

Your personal WhatsApp stays yours. The assistant runs on a separate enquiries number, so your own phone is never touched.
